Why Do I Need To Pay At Time Of Reservation?

This policy is to protect you from inflated pricing. Some training centers allow date of service payment and must make up for the loss of revenue when no shows or late cancellations occur by padding their prices. We never think it's acceptable to charge our wonderful clients more to make up for people who may not show up. Once you have reserved a time slot, that hour with us is yours and cannot be booked for other use.

For private training, we often create your training materials and homework prior to the session based on your dog's behavior history. This ensures that our trainers are prepared for your session well in advance of your arrival, and that we are able to maximize our time together and give you the high quality help you are used to finding at Rocky Mountain Dog Training.
